We aim to make delivery as flexible and convenient as possible so you can plan your garden with ease.
Free delivery is available on orders over £49.01.
For orders between £0.00 and £49.00, a £10 delivery charge applies.
You’ll be able to choose your preferred delivery date during checkout.
Our standard delivery window is 3–5 days, or you can select a future date to suit your plans.
If you need your order sooner, you can select Express Delivery for £30 or Saturday Delivery for £35.
These options are available at checkout for faster or weekend delivery.
Certain items, including compost and larger orders, may be delivered on a pallet.
Pallet deliveries are made to the kerbside or the nearest accessible point. Customers are responsible for moving the items from the delivery point and for disposing of the pallet and any associated packaging.
Please ensure there is suitable access for a large delivery vehicle and a hard, level surface where the pallet can be safely unloaded.
Deliveries can arrive any time between 8 am and 8 pm, so we advise not planning to plant on the delivery day itself, as exact arrival times can’t be guaranteed. On rare occasions, deliveries may also be slightly delayed by the courier.
Northern Ireland
Compost cannot be delivered to Northern Ireland.
A £30 surcharge applies for 48-hour delivery.
For orders £501 and up, the surcharge is £50.
